During my stay in the heart of the city, everything was exceptional. The hotel was tucked away from the busy streets yet within walking distance of all the main attractions. The room, though small, had modern amenities and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was fully loaded with a heated towel drying rack. The staff was kind, polite, and always ready to help with information and transportation. The breakfast served was delicious, and the hotel's wifi was fast and reliable. it was an amazing experience at this beautifully designed new hotel.
During my last day, when I requested a late check-out of 3 hours, they said they would charge for it.

The hotel's location in the absolute centre of Kyiv was perfect. It was right in the heart of the city, close to Independence Square and just a short walk away from Maidan square. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good, with the rooms immaculate and perfectly clean. The staff was helpful and friendly, and they were great too assist me. the hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained.

We had a fantastic stay at Crystal Hotel! The decor was fine and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and the air conditioner was a lifesaver in the hot Kiev weather. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore all the tourist attractions on foot. We will definitely be returning to Crystal Hotel in the future! highly recommended.

This hotel is in a perfect location, right in the center of town, next to Maidan square. The staff is very friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff at this hotel were amazing! They even communicated with us through WhatsApp, made everything so convenient. The rooms were lovely and clean, and the size was just right. The hotel's location was perfect, tucked away behind the main street, so it was nice and quiet. Plus, being in the city center meant we had easy access to all the attractions.
That the room was a bit smaller than we expected based on the pictures. It was also disappointing that breakfast and spa facilities were not included in the price.
